At the end of August, I had the privilege of photographing a family with a one year old at a Howard County sunflower farm in Maple Lawn. I photographed their son as a newborn almost a year ago!
Summertime is an amazing time to capture your family! Yes, it can be a bit hot, but if you choose a photographer who knows the best times to photograph (wink, wink), you can beat the heat by starting early or later if you like golden light. :)
Sunflowers make for one of the most beautiful backdrops. If you miss the summer booking, you can also book in October. Howard County and the surrounding areas have some sunflower farms that also bloom in October.
